We provide support for those whom work is an immediate and realistic prospect once the final barriers to employment are addressed.

Job Searching Skills

We provide support for people to be proficient and self-sufficient in the latest job hunting techniques. This could include returners to the labour market as well as those lacking skills in up to date job hunting techniques.   

We provide a package of support to assist individuals with everything they need including skills training and support with the latest job hunting techniques.   

We provide skills training but only if the contract is over £50,000.

In Work Support

We provide support for people to stay in work so that they can progress and increase their earnings.
