We live in a world where technology is playing an increasingly important role and organisations need to continually update the skills of their workforce in order to remain competitive. This means it’s vital for individuals to develop their digital skills.

Research shows that at least 82% of all advertised roles require some level of digital skills, of which there is currently a skills shortage – meaning many organisations are experiencing real difficulties in finding the people they need.

As a result of this, Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) right across the country are putting digital skills right at the top of their agendas, meaning providers need to engage with employers and learners alike to provide digital focused curriculum.
